Procurement
Please check in here regularly to see how we are doing with our procurement. We need to get over $50,000 worth of items to ensure we reach our auction target. We'll post a wish list of items here, and also we'll have a link to PayPal, so that friends and relations can make cash donations if they wish.

We will ensure that anyone who makes a cash donation receives confirmation for their taxes.

What Can You Donate?
Alongside the donations we receive from the community, we need each family to procure 2 items to the value of at least $100. There are endless possibilities here...

• A 'Girl's Night In' - 2005's run-away success item. 3 daring husbands offered to wait 'hand and foot' on 20 Coop Moms. They cooked dinner, served cocktails and cleaned up after - what more could you want... Just ask the girls who were there!
• Host a party - a simple cocktail hour in a beautiful home, or hors d'oevres on a boat, or a picnic in the woods... anything else your imagination can come up with...
• We'd LOVE to have vacations to sell - do you know someone with a beach house or a time share in Hawaii. Think about backpacking, sailing trips, road trips, ski weekends, fishing vacations, kayaking adventures, camping, flying, sightseeing... Anyone know how to get hold of airline tickets? What about getting a cruise to Alaska? A trip to Disney Land would raise a fortune!
• Are you a great cook? Food always sells, so how about donating a special cake, bread or cookies or even going to someone's home to cook a gourmet meal.
• Do you like Gardening? A few hours work in someone else's yard is a real money spinner. Have you heard about Rent-a-Ruminant - they were great at the last auction?
• Know anyone who can get us tickets to the Opera, the Civil Rights Museum or the Alabama Theater.
• Maybe you have connections with Hotels in the Birmingham area and could get a room for the weekend?
• Can you donate your services? Graphic Design, Accounting, Hard Labor, Construction, Massage, Veterinary Expertise.
• Other items that are the mainstay of our auction are:
  Art, Wine, Vacations, Cars, Make-overs, Kids Stuff (and we've all got plenty of that!) Clothes, Jewelry, Sports Equipment, Shoes, Cheese... The sky's the limit.

All donated items are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
